Hi, welcome to my website! 

 

I'm  a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression Therapist and Well-being practitioner who has built on my experience as an established Pilates business owner - specialising in pilates yoga, meditation and reiki which has eventually led to a passion for Hypnotherapy. I have always had an interest in how the mind works and through personal experience have had to navigate the huge area of mental health with family and close friends. 

 

I know that I can make a real difference in helping you improve your wellbeing, achieve your goals and change your habits to positively move forward. 

 

My other passion within hypnotherapy, is the area of past life therapy. Having followed the works of Dr. Brian Weiss for many years, this led me to specialise in this intriguing field.  My clients have found these past life sessions to be invaluable to their healing and development and in finding a sense of peace within themselves.

More recently I have been researching into the area of "life between lives" the time and space the soul resides in before the next reincarnation. This work has been led by the Newton Institute which was founded by Michael Newton Ph.D.

 

My clinic is based on the fundamental philosophy, that YOU have the inherent power, strength and tools within yourself to initiate positive and lasting change. Hypnotherapy can help you make these changes safely and effectively by accessing the power of the subconscious mind.

 

The subconscious mind is the computer which stores all our experiences good or bad, our beliefs, our present habits, mannerisms and thought patterns.  This subconscious programming can either move us forward towards our goals or hold us back in spite of our best efforts. If you desire change, it is important to learn how to gain and maintain control of your  subconscious programming since this is the driving force which governs most of our behaviours and habits.

 

Therefore in order to change a habit or belief permanently we must be motivated to change at a subconscious level. This means working with the imagination which is the language of the subconscious mind. Logic controls the conscious mind which explains why will power and self discipline is often not enough to influence lasting change. For example, someone who wishes desperately to lose weight will imagine themselves doing what they subconsciously desire to do such as eating chocolate, cake, crisps and junk foods.  Then they question why they have gone back to their old habits!

Hypnosis uses the power of imagination and this is why it can be so effective in facilitating change.  Being in hypnosis is a deeply relaxing experience and with commitment on your part can produce the results and change you desire!
